Sailing Program Consulting for
"Smooth Sailing" with your Program

If you already have an established program, no doubt you’ve seen that sailing programs change from year to year, sometimes drastically. With established sailing programs, it depends upon who is there that year to manage and staff the program, the age and skill level of the available students, awareness of your sailing program and its reputation, other sailing programs that may exist in the area and what they are doing, your current equipment status and needs, how much money is in the budget and other factors.  It can be challenging and/or confusing to balance these factors with your vision and goals for the program.

For these reasons, or if you are thinking about expanding your program or taking it in a new direction or are simply temporarily short of management, you might want to take advantage of some of my sailing program consulting. The Sailing Program Tool Kit will give you a great foundation, but you may desire some additional insight and feedback to get things going in the right direction. Perhaps you have all your materials set up already and just require a fresh, professional perspective; my consulting will help you there.   

If you are considering starting a new program, the Sailing Program Toolkit is a great asset and some outside professional feedback and insight will help you thru the stages of getting your program up and running. Perhaps even some tweaking on the plan that should be done before presenting it to your board or investors.  Perhaps you’d like an evaluation of the environment and your plan – there are all areas where my consulting services will be of assistance.  

My consulting rate is $45.00 an hour with a minimum of 5 hours.  If you are interested in additional resources, such as a safety and loss insurance person, a licensed captain for inboard engine “big boat” sailboat instruction, a sailmaker or race coach for a racing clinic, US Sailing program certified instructor trainer, mechanical consultation or repair questions, or a certified substitute junior sailing instructor, I will be happy to connect you with experts in these fields. 

There is also a special package price for the Sailing Program Tool Kit plus 10 hours consulting for $500.
